Satisfactory Academic Progress Calculators

WCU students receiving federal financial aid must maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP). Students can review the full satisfactory academic progress policy for more information. SAP requirements are:

  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA (2.0 undergraduate and 3.0 for graduate)
  • Earn 67% of the courses they attempt to complete
  • Not exceed the maximum time-frame for degree completion.

These calculators will help students project their GPA and Pace for SAP in order to determine the impact of withdrawing and/or not passing a course.
