Maintenance Windows
The following dates/times are the only windows that will be used for planned downtimes of RamPortal production environment for routine maintenance. Note, if there is nothing planned during a maintenance window the system remains available.

Unplanned Outages
For real-time outage updates, please check your West Chester University email. During outages, the Academic & Enterprise Systems (AES) team will send campus-wide notifications with information on the outage itself and potential alternatives to complete related tasks. If you are experiencing a system challenge or want to report an outage, please submit a ticket through the AES Support Portal.
