2026 Spring Semester Housing Application
The 2026 Spring Semester Housing Application is open for students interested in living
in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing . This application is for on-campus
housing for the Spring 2026 semester only (January 18, 2026 – May 9, 2026).
Who can apply for Spring Semester Housing:
- Current students who are not currently living in WCU Managed or USH Affiliated Housing.
- New first-year and new transfer students who will begin classes in Spring 2026.
2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Application
The 2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Applications opens on Monday, October 27, 2025 for current students interested in living in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing during the 2026-2027 academic year.
WCU Managed and USH Affiliated have two separate applications, processes, and fees.
2026-2027 First Year and Transfer Student Housing Application
New students beginning class in Fall 2026 may complete the application for living
on campus in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing.
The 2026-2027 First Year and Transfer Student Application for On Campus Living opens
in mid-March 2026. More details coming soon.
