Committees
SGA has a number of committees that any enrolled students can join without being a senator. If interested in joining a committee, reach out to the committee chair listed under each committee or email SGA at sga@wcupa.edu.
Constitution & Bylaw Committee will:
- Study and interpret the SGA constitution and bylaws as well as advise their president and vice president as to their interpretations.
- Introduce all bylaws to the senate with recommendations for approval, rejection, or nullifications.
- Perform any other duties specified in these bylaws or delegated by the senate.

Allocations Committee will:
- Assist the SGA Director of Allocations in the preparation of the fiscal budget.
- Uphold the SGA Allocation Bylaws.
- Recommend to the senate allocations for semester requests and operational requests.
- Allocate the student activity fee across over 200 student organizations.
- Collect, record, and update the financial policies of all SGA recognized student organizations.
- Perform any other duties specified in these bylaws or delegated by the senate.

Marketing and Communications Committee will:
- Work to build the SGA brand on a university level.
- Design T-shirts, posters, social media content/posts to promote SGA events and spirit
- Manage all Student Government affiliated social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Help with Ad Hoc Committee and prepare events for each semester.
- Perform any other duties specified by these bylaws or delegated by the Senate.
- Write a monthly newsletter on the happenings of SGA.
