Come join us as we welcome our first year and transfer students to WCU! Look for the “WCU250” table on Market Street around the corner from the old courthouse steps. Take a selfie with Rammy in his best patriotic “Uncle Sam” costume. Giveaways and information about upcoming events will be available.

The Ruby Jones Conference is designed to create an educational environment where students can engage in learning that will raise awareness and promote action-oriented dialogue about racial, cultural, and social issues that impact how they experience life on campus, in communities, and in society. It is named after West Chester University alumna and professor who was the first Black faculty member hired at the institution. Professor Ruby Jones was a K-12 educator and taught in the University’s Demonstration School prior to becoming a faculty member.
