Student Right to Know
In accordance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEDA) which was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) institutions are required to provide easy access to information for students. This information is separated into several areas: Student information, Financial Aid and Loans, Public Health and Safety, and Student Outcomes.
