Dr. Tiffany Bennett joined West Chester University as a Fredrick Douglas Scholar in the Department of Early and Middle-Grade Education. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies with a focus on health science from the University of Florida, followed by a Master's degree in Elementary Education (K-6). In 2021, she completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Instructional Leadership at Northcentral University. Dr. Bennett's teaching experience spans inner-city schools in Florida and K-5 English Language Learners in the UAE and the Czech Republic. She also served as a professional development coordinator in Abu Dhabi, supporting in-service teachers. Her research focuses on professional development, student engagement, teacher self-efficacy, culturally responsive practices, and second language learners. She is dedicated to advancing inclusive and impactful teaching practices that empower educators and students.
