Biography
Dr. Qi Zou is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at West Chester University. She earned her Ph. D. in Manufacturing and Technology Management from the University of Toledo. Dr. Qi Zou’s teaching interests include Supply Chain and Operations Management, Procurement, Quality management, and Project Management. Her research interests include buyer-supplier relationship management, supply network, innovation, and corporate reputation.
