                Biography
            Before joining the faculty at West Chester University, Dr. Lisa J. Lucas was a school district administrator for five years, a literacy coach for two years and a classroom teacher for fifteen years. Her research interests include coaching, mentoring, mindfulness in education and incorporating writing across the curriculum. At West Chester, she typically teaches Engaging Learners and field courses in addition to graduate courses in coaching and supervision.
